Our technical team provides customers with product development and design, as well as production. Also we manufacture OEM johnson screens, other wedge wire reactor internals and separation/filtration parts. We provide professional 3D design and mechanical analysis (pressure, differential pressure, flow and stress) according to the specific requirements of our customers. The engineer team analyze the special needs of each customer and then provide customized solutions.

Reactor Internals: support grid, center pipe, outlet collector, scallops, high performance vane, etc. ;
Filter and Separation Components: round wedge wire screens (max OD1500mm and max length 4000mm), wedge wire screens (minimum slot 0.02mm), wedge wire basket with either FITO & FOTI flow designs, corn starch screens, tapered & centrifugal wedge wire baskets, high precision five layer sintered mesh filter elements (2 micron);
Filtration and Separation Equipment: self cleaning strainer and solid liquid separator;
Common Types Of Material We Use In Production: 304, 316L, 2205, 2507 and 904L.
